Two 3 rd year students were asked to design 1 men's and 1 woman's sailing jacket for a charity auction held at Rhodes House on 9 Feb 2006.

The jackets were custom designed and made by Stephani Müller & Crystal Birch who completed the project in less than 2 weeks.

The jackets consists of an inner vest made of polar-fleece with embroidered detail. The outer jacket is made of proofed canvas with customized pockets and straps.

The jackets were sold to T-Systems for R7500 at the charity gala event. The funds will benefit the sailing school in Simons Town.

Team Shosholoza is South-Africa's entry in the 2007 America's Cup. This will be their 2 nd time taking part in this prestigious global event.
